Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and handle inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Restock supplies (milk, cups, pastries) and keep the retail area well-merchandised.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Passion for coffee culture and attention to detail in beverage preparation.
