Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry following standardized recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless cafe operations during peak hours
- Share coffee knowledge and educate customers on our seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista experience required
- Expertise in espresso preparation, milk steaming, and latte art
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food safety handling certification preferred
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for specialty coffee culture
- Reliable transportation to Arch Street location
