Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Support inventory management and restock supplies proactively
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain high hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory tasks
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
