Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of all equipment
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Manage inventory and restock supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to uphold brand consistency and quality
- Uphold food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product varieties
