Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, following strict recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including espresso machines, blenders, and dining areas.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently, accurately processing payments and managing orders.
- Engage with customers warmly, answering questions about our menu and making personalized recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
