Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and tea.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide an exceptional in-store experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Restock ingredients, milk, and supplies to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Clean equipment and grinders according to strict quality protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong math skills for handling cash, credit transactions, and inventory.
- Passion for coffee culture and willingness to learn new brewing techniques.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
