Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and pastries with precision and speed.
- Operate espresso machines and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Stock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Learn and execute new drink recipes and seasonal promotions as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to quality.
