Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brews.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and blenders with precision and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a pristine café environment, including cleaning counters, equipment, and restocking supplies.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Assist with food preparation and plating to ensure a complete guest experience.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink recipes.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable attendance and a commitment to punctuality.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
