Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and pastries with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Operate and clean espresso machines and brewing equipment daily.
- Interact with customers to answer questions and handle feedback professionally.
- Assist with food preparation and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
