Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, ensuring all equipment and seating areas are clean and organized.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
