Responsibilities
- Prepare and Serve: Expertly brew espresso drinks and prepare pastries according to our premium standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
- Customer Experience: Greet guests with a warm smile, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service to create a memorable café experience.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including espresso machines, counter areas, and dining spaces, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies, and assist in restocking and ordering as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with baristas and managers to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and latte art is a plus.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
