Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment (all provided)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Maintain cleanliness of café, equipment, and service areas
- Process payments and manage POS transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Train new staff on beverage recipes and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Previous barista or coffee service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn specialty techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
