Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages using provided commercial espresso machines and grinders
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment and customer areas
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of premium supplies
- Collaborate with team to create innovative seasonal drink offerings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience preferred
- Expertise in espresso extraction and milk texturing techniques
- Ability to operate commercial coffee equipment (provided)
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
