Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using provided commercial espresso machines
- Train on and maintain high-end brewing equipment (we provide all tools!)
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Manage inventory of coffee beans and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with team on seasonal menu development
- Operate POS systems efficiently
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista experience or equivalent coffee knowledge
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
