Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using provided commercial espresso machines
- Operate and maintain provided coffee grinders, brewers, and milk frothers
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Manage inventory and order supplies for coffee-related equipment
- Train on new equipment and brewing techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee stations and provided equipment
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal drink menus
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required (equipment training provided)
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently with provided commercial equipment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Food safety certification a plus
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to our Colorado Springs location
