- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate and maintain provided espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Engage warmly with customers, providing product recommendations
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards
- Collaborate with team to maintain an efficient workflow
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotions
Qualifications
- Passion for coffee and customer service excellence
- Basic knowledge of espresso preparation preferred (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
