- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using provided espresso machines and grinders
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of workspace and equipment per health standards
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Train new team members on brewing techniques
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal drink menus
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience
- Proficiency with espresso machines and milk steaming
- Strong knowledge of coffee sourcing and brewing methods
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
