Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using state-of-the-art espresso machines and grinders
- Master brewing techniques for pour-over, French press, and cold brew
- Provide personalized customer recommendations and create warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and inventory management
- Stay updated on new coffee trends and seasonal menu offerings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, and brewing methods
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
