Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty coffee beverages
- Train on our premium equipment (provided) including La Marzocco machines and Mahlkönig grinders
- Engage customers with product knowledge and exceptional service
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Contribute to inventory management and quality control
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal drink innovations
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience preferred
- Passion for coffee craftsmanship and continuous learning
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
