Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based beverages and pour-over coffee using provided professional equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee station, equipment, and customer areas
- Process orders accurately through POS systems while maintaining efficient workflow
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or coffee service experience
- Proficiency with espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new brewing methods
