Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using provided commercial espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations and equipment per health standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beverage recommendations
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Train on new equipment and seasonal drink offerings
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Participate in daily equipment calibration and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience preferred
- Deep passion for coffee and willingness to master new techniques
- Ability to operate espresso machines and grinders (training provided)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
