Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving complaints with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all health and sanitation standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and performing daily stock counts.
- Collaborate with the floor staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required for enthusiastic learners.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink recipes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
