Responsibilities
- Brew and serve espresso beverages and food items according to strict quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and POS systems with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the barista team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to operate commercial coffee equipment (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
