Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a diverse menu of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies, adhering to strict recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with speed and accuracy to ensure seamless transactions.
- Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and build lasting relationships.
- Upsell products and promote our loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including equipment checks and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and milk texturing.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
