As a Barista, you will be the ambassador of our brand, crafting exceptional beverages and creating memorable experiences for our community.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision and speed.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, friendly attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
