Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, espresso drinks, and teas according to strict recipes and quality standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries, and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including daily cleaning of the espresso machine, grinders, and dining area.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions and handle payments.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and performing opening/closing duties.
- Cash handling, drawer balancing, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience in a coffee shop or high-volume food service environment is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
