Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming smile and provide top-tier customer service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including espresso machines, counters, and seating areas.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process payments and manage customer orders efficiently.
- Stock ingredients, coffee beans, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in training new baristas and maintaining high-quality standards across the shift.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred (1+ years).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and latte art techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
- Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
