- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing payments
- Support inventory management and restocking of premium coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless guest experience
- Stay updated on seasonal menu offerings and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- Expert knowledge of espresso brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
