Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages and food items following standard recipes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the espresso bar and dining areas.
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash and digital transactions.
- Restock supplies (cups, milk, pastries) to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Clean and sanitize equipment daily to meet health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and support new barista training.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred; however, enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and latte art is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
