Your Mission: To provide a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service to every guest who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Brewing Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and teas, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations with a smile.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain Standards: Keep the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms spotless and organized at all times.
- Ingredient Management: Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies (milk, syrups, pastries) to ensure seamless operations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and fellow baristas to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: Punctual and dedicated to showing up on time for shifts.
- Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old and have a valid ID.
