Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks according to premium recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine hygiene standards for equipment and serving areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience preferred
- Deep passion for coffee and willingness to master brewing techniques
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old
