Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, and cold brew
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness of all coffee equipment and service areas
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in creating seasonal drink specials and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
