Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and pastries according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the espresso machine and service area.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and manage inventory.
- Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.
- Clean equipment and restock supplies during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and latte art techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
