Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques
- Engage warmly with customers, providing personalized recommendations and order accuracy
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process POS transactions efficiently while upselling seasonal promotions
- Support inventory management of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless peak-hour operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service or customer experience role
- Proficiency with espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
