Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages following quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment and service areas
- Collaborate with team on inventory management and product displays
- Support digital order management through our remote-friendly app
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotions
Qualifications
- 1+ years coffee service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable with digital tools for remote scheduling
