Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm
- Manage cash register transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, seating areas, and service stations
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in monthly training sessions to refine coffee skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming techniques
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume periods
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends (schedule adaptable)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Food Handler Certification preferred
