Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain spotless cleanliness and organization of coffee station
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Share coffee knowledge with customers and train new staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista or customer service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Passion for specialty coffee and continuous learning
