Responsibilities
- Deliver flawless guest experiences at corporate galas, beach weddings, and luxury product launches
- Execute seamless venue setup and teardown according to event blueprints
- Manage VIP guest registration with precision and aloha spirit
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure operational excellence
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain brand consistency through professional appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Available for evening/weekend shifts (minimum 3 events/month)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in tropical conditions
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Hawaii driver's license preferred
- Must pass basic background check
- Prior hospitality or event experience a plus
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments
