Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of espresso bar, brewing equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Support inventory management and stock rotation of coffee, pastries, and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and operational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista or food service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Food Handler Certification preferred
