Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and digital transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Source and present fresh pastries and food items with eye-catching displays
- Participate in regular training to expand coffee knowledge and seasonal menu offerings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional coffee preparation experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of espresso brewing, latte art, and extraction techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for customer hospitality
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
