Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso, pour-overs, and seasonal creations
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cafe cleanliness and hygiene standards across all stations
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure equipment functionality
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash and digital transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and quality control standards
- Participate in monthly training sessions to refine coffee knowledge and techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expertise in espresso preparation and milk steaming techniques
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
