Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following exact recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- Ensure cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Participate in creating seasonal specials and innovative drink offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista or food service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-volume environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
