Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, pour-overs)
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation in all coffee stations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Source and recommend sustainable coffee beans to customers
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expert-level espresso machine proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food safety certification (ServSafe preferred)
