Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal creations
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Support inventory management and product freshness standards
- Adhere to food safety protocols and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming techniques
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and genuine passion for coffee culture
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
