Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas and equipment
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash and digital payments
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in product knowledge training and seasonal menu launches
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bean varieties
