Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cold brew) using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm smiles and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and digital payments
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Support inventory management including restocking supplies and rotating stock
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless cafe operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to multitask while maintaining quality and speed during rushes
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic food safety certification preferred
