Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages per company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management and restocking operations
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless service
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food/beverage service preferred
- Basic knowledge of espresso brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-volume settings
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Valid Arizona food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
