Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using professional espresso machines and grinders
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment and workstations
- Operate POS systems and process cash/transactions accurately
- Support inventory management and restocking of premium supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista experience preferred
- Knowledge of espresso extraction techniques and milk texturing
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and early morning shifts
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
