Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal creations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while upselling menu items
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to strict food safety standards and inventory management protocols
- Train on new coffee brewing techniques and seasonal menu items
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Outstanding communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Positive attitude and passion for coffee culture
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
