Responsibilities
- Crafting Excellence: Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and pastries, with precision and care.
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations to ensure a personalized and memorable experience.
- Operational Support: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing equipment, restocking supplies, and following all health and safety regulations.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using POS systems and manage the cash drawer with integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow baristas and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and a passion for learning.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and food safety standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
